Mojave East Wedding - Cincinnati, OH - The Harpers
Shelbi & Gary’s wedding at Mojave East was out of this world! The details, colors, and venue were stunning and I am so honored that I was part of their special day!
We started the day with the girls getting ready and eating Chick-fil-A breakfast.. there’s really no better way to start your wedding day! After the bride and all of her bridesmaids were ready to go, Shelbi made her way to the venue to have a first look with her father! It was the SWEETEST! I love when couples do a first look with their parents.. it’s such a special moment.
After her first look with her dad… Shelbi and Gary had their first look. It was emotional, sweet, and everything you could want in a first look! We took bridal portraits after the first look before heading to get the bridal party and family photos done!
Gary had made the sign at Mojave East say “Hey! It smells like Updog in here” and he was very proud of it! This was probably one of my favorite “small” details because it really showed their personality and who doesn’t love an Office pun. ;)
Shelbi is super talented and created all of the wedding florals except her bouquet using The Flowerman! The florals on the arches and the bridesmaid bouquets were stunning! I was so impressed!
The ceremony was so sweet but Shelbi and Gary surprised their guests with their best friend Seth as the “flower man” and it was epic. I secretly love when adults do the flower girl duties, the reactions are always priceless!
After Shelbi and Gary said “I do!” it was time to celebrate! They had the most beautiful reception and the caterer, Currito, was delicious.
It really was the perfect day! I’m so happy for these two and I can’t wait to see where their new life together takes them!
